Terms of use
Using BirdsVee
BirdsVee (formerly Fikro) is a personal organiser for tasks, notes, plans, goals, payments, lists and reminders. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Your data
What you enter is yours. It is saved on your device and, if you use cloud sync, in a cloud copy as described in the privacy policy. Please export a backup now and then (Settings > Backup > Export .json): browsers can clear their storage, and devices get lost.
Provided as is
BirdsVee is provided "as is", without any warranty. We work to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes.
- Reminders run on your device and may not appear if the app is closed, the device is off, or notifications are blocked. Don't rely on BirdsVee alone for anything critical, such as medical, legal or financial deadlines.
- Payments in BirdsVee are reminders and records only; BirdsVee never makes or receives a payment.
- Prayer times and Hijri dates are calculated estimates. Please follow your local mosque or authority.
Fair use
Use BirdsVee for lawful, personal purposes. Don't try to get into other people's data, overload the service or get around its sign-in.
Ending use
You can stop using BirdsVee at any time and delete your data: see Delete your account and data.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The new version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
